This position is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth and scale-up of a new category leader in the Aerospace industry. SWISSto12 is looking to hire a Strategy Manager to work in the Chief Financial and Strategy Office. The role will report into the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. * Masters degree * 3-5 years of work experience from strategy consulting or in house strategy team * Strong analytical skills, ability to run complex analysis * Good communication skills, and effective * Attention to detail, high quality output * Stakeholder management * Corporate strategy development: Support the corporate strategy development to outline a 5 – 10 year strategic plan. Define most attractive markets to pursue and define capabilities required to win in these markets * Strategic roadmap: Design a roadmap for how to implement the strategy. Focus on the next three years and consider the Opex and Capex required to deliver the plan. The roadmap will be provide the basis for the budgeting and five year forecast, and require close alignment with the Finance team * Market Intelligence: Assess market developments, competitors, customers and macro trends to develop market intelligence and insights. These insights should support decision making and strategic planning * M&A: Scan the market for M&A opportunities to accelerate the strategy. Assess synergies and valuation. Take an active role in execution. * Corporate development: Engage in various partnerships and establish new business models. * Investor engagement: Participate and support engagement with existing and new investors. * Strategic projects: Deliver strategic projects or larger investment analysis Further details to be shared by our recruitment team.
