For our strategic management holding company, BENTELER International Austria GmbH at the Salzburg location , we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team starting in January 2027 (full-time, 40 hours/week).

Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Your chance

• Development of solutions for analytically and conceptually demanding problems
• Creation of business cases, decision-making templates and strategic recommendations for management.
• Preparation, conception and implementation of strategic projects for BENTELER Holding
• Conducting market, competitive and trend analyses
• Collaboration with management, specialist departments (including division management) and international stakeholders within the framework of sub-projects

Your personality

• Several years of professional experience in a management consultancy or investment bank
• Successfully completed studies in economics or engineering
• Strong project management skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Fluent German and English skills
