This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and enjoys solving operational challenges. You will work closely with executives, operations, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the business runs efficiently while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Analytical Support Assist in data analysis, reporting, and generating insights to support business decisions. Track key performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement. Support revenue and growth initiatives across the organization. Operational Support Coordinate with multiple departments (Operations, Support, Compliance, Engineering, Finance, etc.) and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects. Develop and refine internal processes and documentation. Monitor operational dashboards and escalate concerns as needed. Executive Assistance Provide executive-level administrative support as needed (calendar management, research, preparing presentations). Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings, presentations, and client-facing documentation. Project Management Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across different teams. Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment on priorities. Support the rollout of initiatives that improve team efficiency or customer experience. Communication & Collaboration Act as a bridge between teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Prepare polished presentations, reports, and client-facing materials. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and clarity. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, executive assistance, data analysis, or other relevant fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data tools is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships. Comfortable working US hours. Preferred Skills Experience in NEMT, logistics, transportation, or SaaS (not required but a plus). Background in business operations, strategy, data analysis, or executive support roles. Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, etc.). Strong presentation-building skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
