ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

We are seeking a motivated Growth Strategy Intern to support our Strategy & Operations, Global Marketing & Growth team in Helsinki. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving efficient growth by providing data driven support to shape and optimize our global growth and marketing strategies. Your focus will be on various consumer topics such as customer acquisition, user activity and user retention, supporting our Strategy & Operations Managers on a global and regional level.

• Analyze our Growth and Efficiency OKRs, focusing on areas such as New Customer Acquisition, Retention, User Activity, and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
• Take data-driven deep dives into our business challenges and support in crafting strategic alternatives to overcome them
• Build dashboards for our Regional Marketing Directors and Regional Heads of Strategy & Planning and provide data driven insights in order to optimize the growth of the Wolt platform
• Support our Strategy & Operations Managers in managing global business development projects, such as building new investment frameworks and scaling them across Wolt markets
