MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5+ years of applicable experience within a business operations, operational excellence, program management, or consulting environment
• 2+ years of management consulting, strategy, technology consulting experience with a proven record of accomplishments
• Prior experience working in an agile project management style, knowledge of Jira Align/Jira Cloud is required
• Solid skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office required for consideration
• Bachelors or equivalent required, MBA is preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Analytical change agent that uses analytical thought processes and inclusive approaches to tackle problems
• Highly organized, able to lead multiple tasks on a strict timeline with the ability to influence without authority
• Able to drive execution across business, engineering, function & operations teams (e.g., regular team status meetings, readiness checkpoints), and ensure all projects (epics) deliver required outcomes, to include risks and issue
• A dynamic great teammate with ability to form relationships and collaborate with a broad set of team members at different organizational levels!
• Excellent prioritization and project management skills with attention to detail, timelines, and quality of results
