We are searching the best talent for a Strategy and Operations Manager. This position is based in Panamá City, Panama
Purpose:
The Strategy and Operations Manager is r esponsible for leading the Customer Engagement & Operations / VeneCenCa Board Member.
Manages the commercial responsibility for Mature Portfolio (CVM, Legacy and HIV), the strategic planning & operational excellence process for the organization. Facilitates the deployment and implementation of the strategic plan. Is an active & strategic ally to Commercial & MAF Leaders, working with strong interconnection with HR, Legal, Procurement and HCC.

Responsabilities:

• Leads Commercial Excellence team (L&D and Incentives, Events, local operation of PSP) ensuring complete alignment with Commercial and MAF leaders and in concordance with LEX process for strategic products.
• Manages the overall design, development, and communication of planning activities that ensure market competitiveness and organizational excellence.
• Manages the monitoring of the external environment and identifies opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy.
• Manages Value Excellence linkage with CVTs, supported by strong L&D programs.
• Establishes priorities for planning activities across all divisions, business units, and functions.
• Serves as strategic liaison for key organizational initiatives between all divisions and their customers.
• Assesses current models of business operations and develops appropriate new models.
• Manages the development of annual Commercial Operations budget and manages costs. Assist in developing and maintaining total A&P budget through adequate events expenses monitoring and controlling.
• Attract, retain, rewards & develop the Commercial Strategy & Operations team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required - Administration, Engineering or similar. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales training or management, sales effectiveness and/ or sales productivity, process management
• Experience managing teams
• Ideally, sales field experience
• Advanced English (lecture, writing and speaking)
• Travel availability: 25%
• Location: Panamá
