YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the Strategy & Planning Manager you will report to the Head of Financial Planning & Strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with supporting the Chief Business Officer and other stakeholders with shaping strategy, following up on results and managing change initiatives across the organisation. By providing structure, analytical insights, and strategic frameworks you will contribute to push our thinking beyond “here and now” and work together with senior stakeholders to have an impact on the company’s long-term success. This will include:

  • Shaping Strategy: Assessing how we can create differentiation and advantages across a wide range of topics, e.g. user growth, operations and public policy to lift performance in each market
  • Structured Problem-Solving: Finding solutions to open-ended questions by designing frameworks to support structured decision making
  • Project Management: Managing high-impact and cross-functional change initiatives, e.g. evaluating growth opportunities & optimising processes
  • Process Management: Owning, driving & developing overarching company-wide planning processes, including strategy & OKR-setting
  • Continuous improvement: Applying data analysis, collecting and presenting actionable insights, and working continuously to find opportunities for improvements and raising the bar for excellence across the organisation

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We’re looking for a structured and analytical problem solver with experience from managing open-ended questions and ability to support multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Apart from being fluent in English, self-sufficient and goal-oriented, we believe the right person has:

  • B.Sc. in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar
  • Experience from management consulting or a similar position inhouse
  • Experience from driving multiple high-impact projects and managing senior stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in conducting and presenting analyses of large data sets to senior stakeholders
