As a Senior Manager in the Strategy and Planning team within the Transformation Office (TO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and design of Marsh’s most significant and impactful programs. Reporting directly to the Global Transformation Leader, you will have the unique opportunity to lead a team while providing essential support to the International Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position involves regular engagement with senior leaders across BCS and Marsh in various regions. Your team of specialists will be instrumental in advancing the firm’s operational excellence journey by identifying new opportunities, recommending execution strategies, and ensuring accountability among leaders for delivery.
