As a Principal Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients to uncover insight, rapidly iterate business and technology strategies, and help teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
You’ll be part of a strategy team grounded in service blueprinting and focused on enabling clients to adopt solutions that are adopted, used, and provide real business impact. This is a role for someone who leads with curiosity, translates listening into action, and drives strategy all the way through to execution.

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead with insight, structure, and a focus on real impact. You will:
Frame the right problem. Lead research and discovery efforts that uncover client needs and surface strategic clarity.
Build trust early. Support pre-sales and early-stage conversations with sharp thinking, strong presence, and simple solutions.
Guide to clarity. Facilitate workshops and working sessions across disciplines, guiding momentum even in ambiguity.
Make ideas actionable. Excellence in storytelling is critical to turning strategy into decisions and helping teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
Grow re-usable assets. Help evolve UDig’s strategy frameworks, toolkits, and accelerators to scale what works.
Bridge disciplines. Work seamlessly with engineers, designers, analysts, and business leaders to align execution with intent.
Be a trusted partner. Show up as a confident, thoughtful voice clients rely on—not just for strategy, but for how to act on it.
