Responsibilities

The Faculty of Design and Society is currently seeking to appoint a Strategy, Project & Governance Manager for a 12-month contract, covering a parental leave. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of strategic and project planning and governance support to the portfolios of the Dean, Deputy Dean and Faculty General Manager on a range of ‘whole of faculty’ UTS initiatives including UTS2027, UTS2030. About You You will have a sound understanding of governance in the tertiary education sector, which will underpin your ability to lead and manage complex initiatives effectively. You will demonstrate excellent project management skills with the capacity to review, design, and implement processes and policies. You will be a strong leader, capable of managing and developing teams to deliver consistent, high-quality operational services. Additionally, you will be data-driven, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to inform strategic decision-making. REMUNERATIONBase Salary Range: $140,965 - $147,678 pa (HEW 9) The position is full-time and will be made on a fixed term basis for 12 months, covering a parental leave. The team operates in a hybrid working arrangement of approximately 3 days per week on the office, depending on peak delivery periods.
