Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Strategy & Sales Analyst on a 6 month contract basis, with the intention to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business fit. This is a high-impact opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and drive strategic clarity, sales performance, and commercial transformation.
The ideal candidate is analytical, business-savvy, and eager to grow into a commercial or strategic leadership role. You’ll support both the Head of Strategy and the VP of Sales & Marketing across initiatives that span sales operations, market expansion, pricing, and performance analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Planning & Insight
  • Support development of growth strategies, go-to-market models, and international expansion plans
  • Conduct competitive analysis, pricing research, and market trend reviews
  • Build financial models and decision support tools for leadership

Sales Performance & Enablement:

  • Analyze sales performance by product, channel, and region to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Maintain dashboards and KPIs to support forecasting, sales planning, and transformation goals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve sales motions and customer segmentation
  • Project Execution & Commercial Support
  • Coordinate strategic projects across functions, such as new business go-to-market model, business operations gap analysis and sales enablement initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, commercial insights, and briefing materials for executive meetings
  • Support documentation and improvement of sales workflows, pricing logic, and customer data quality
