Job Description As Strategy Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic agenda of Trust Bank and help to communicate it to key stakeholders. The role is within the CEO office, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff. You will work closely with stakeholders from all across the bank. The Role Responsibility: Help to shape our bank-wide strategy, crafting and communicating our strategic agenda clearly to stakeholders. You’ll also be the bridge between long term strategy and our OKRs, helping to drive alignment across the organisation; Support key initiatives and projects as directed by CEO / Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff. Some of these may be strategic in nature whilst others may drive shorter term tactical outcomes; Support preparation of high-quality material for Board and other key meetings; Support investor related activities and work closely with our communications team for any major media events; Be a prominent advocate for the Bank’s culture, identifying opportunities and leading initiatives to create a positive impact. Role Specific Technical Competencies: Conceptual problem solving, structuring Core Analytical problem-solving Core Written communication and presentation Core Financial modelling Expert Verbal communication and presentation Expert Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 7+ years of experience with digital or retail banks (strategy, or planning/ business analysis teams), or in management consulting with respective industry focus; Experience in strategy development, strategic planning; Prior experience working in one of the top-tier management consulting companies is highly preferred Strong analytical skills, ability to work with numbers/data; Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written (e.g., presentations, memorandums); High degree of self-organisation and planning but ability to adapt well to changing priorities, thrive in fast-paced environment; Passion for digital banking.
