We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in various settings, including homes and some care home settings. This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalised support and assistance.
Shifts are available :
Monday to Sunday:
07:00-07:30
12:45- 13:30
19:00-19:30

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in care settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices is advantageous.
  • Certification in first aid or relevant caregiving qualifications will be considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A genuine passion for providing compassionate care to individuals of all ages, including children and seniors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer first aid and respond to emergencies as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring clients are comfortable and secure.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behaviour to nursing staff or management.
  • Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
