We are looking for an ambitious Stream Manager (iGaming - Brazil / LATAM) for full-time employment for our client, a growing and high-impact iGaming company. We are looking for a Stream Manager who loves working with influencers and streamers, knows how to build win-win partnerships, and can maximize the performance of every integration using data and metrics. As a Stream Manager at their company, they expect you to be responsible for: Identify and recruit streamers across Brazil and the LATAM market Verify audiences to distinguish real followers from fake engagement F ully manage ad integrations – from communication and deadlines to performance delivery Track metrics, ROI, and campaign performance, and adjust launch strategies based on results Prepare performance reports and optimization insights Required hard skills: Relevant experience (1+ year) in the Gambling / Betting / Casino streaming vertical Proven experience planning and managing budgets from $10K/month Existing network of verified streamers or influencers with proven results Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice to have: Experience with Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or Facebook Gaming platforms Understanding of LATAM audience behavior and cultural triggers Our client is ready to provide you with full and comprehensive support to cope with this list of tasks successfully.
