  • AufgabenAufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines globalen Supply Chain Managements sowie Entwicklung einer übergreifenden SCM-Strategie
  • Analyse und Optimierung internationaler Wertströme, Logistik- und Intralogistikprozesse sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsprojekte
  • Entwicklung globaler SCM-Standards, Kennzahlen und IT-Strukturen sowie Roll-out erfolgreicher „Blue Prints“ an internationale Standorte
  • Begleitung strategischer Projekte wie Produktionsverlagerungen, In-/Outsourcing und Optimierung des globalen Produktions- und Logistiknetzwerks

  • AnforderungenMehrjährige Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management auf Industrie- oder Beratungsseite mit internationalem Fokus
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Wertstromoptimierung, Logistiksystemen sowie fachübergreifenden Change- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium sowie gute Kenntnisse von ERP-/IT-Systemen, SCM-Daten und Kennzahlen
  • Analytische und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke; fließendes Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch

  • Coordinate the administration and daily operation of academy programmes.

  • Manage participant enquiries, registrations, enrolments, transfers, cancellations and waiting lists.

  • Maintain accurate participant, parent, attendance, assessment and programme records.

  • Coordinate class schedules, programme calendars, venue requirements and operational resources.

  • Support programme managers with coach schedules, staffing information and timetable changes.

  • Communicate programme schedules, fees, policies and operational updates to parents and participants.

  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new participants and families.

  • Monitor participant attendance, progression, retention, programme occupancy and capacity.

  • Prepare operational reports and support the monitoring of programme KPIs.

  • Use CRM, booking, scheduling and reporting systems accurately.

  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across all participant and company records.
