The A Side: A Day in The Life
The Streaming Partnerships Manager will build and develop the streaming strategy for all artists across Decca Label Group. A key person for all artist, management and label teams, this role will advise on streaming strategy, pitching, and partnerships across new releases and artist catalogue.

Your Role

  • Manage Decca’s partnerships with all UK streaming partners, building industry-leading relationships
  • Develop international partnerships with DSPs in key markets
  • Evangelise and education label, artist and management teams about new platform features, strategies, and best practice for all DSPs
  • Build and develop clear release strategies and timelines across projects, maximising audience reach and growing artist streams.
  • Develop ‘Streaming Marketing’ as a key pillar within our artists’ overall marketing campaigns; own budgets for DSP marketing, advise artists and marketing teams on platform-specific content and measure results.
  • Analyse and interpret streaming data, giving actionable insights to the artist, management and label teams.

The B Side: Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills are required
  • The ability to confidently present our artists releases in key internal and external meetings is essential
  • Existing relationships or contacts at streaming partners is highly favourable
  • A keen analytical mind that can understand and interpret data signals will excel in this role

Person Specification

  • A love of a wide variety of music genres is expected
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • A role in a label, distributor, management company, or DSP is favourable
  • A creative and innovative thinker who challenges traditional modus operandi and takes calculated risks is desirable
