We are on the look out for competent street food chefs/cooks to work at both our kitchen residencies located at Dunkerton’s Park, Cheltenham. (The Woozy Pig & Casa Loca Tacos).
You will be working alongside our tight-knit team to deliver epic burgers, tacos and more using high-quality ingredients, ensuring food safety standards are met in our kitchen.
Reporting to the kitchen managers, your role involves food preparation, cooking, plating and serving to a high, and consistent standard in a busy kitchen.
The role is based on a minimum 36 hour week, with ample opportunity for overtime.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet our quality standards.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area and cooking equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent service as this is a customer facing role.
