We are looking for a passionate Chefs to join the Dirty Bird Family and help in the kitchen at the exciting Tiger Yard Street food Venue and Par 59 Golf themed bar in Cardiff, St Marys Street.
We are looking for Chefs to:
Take pride in what you do and genuinely care about your kitchen.
Be immaculate in presentation and comfortable talking with both our guests and teams.
Members of the team will be highly organised, work well under pressure, flexible approach to working hours
Will also assist in prep work such as prepping meat and vegetable dishes, making sauces and will be involved in cooking Dishes for service.
We serve an American style menu with varied small plates
You will be required to work evenings and weekends and wages will reflect experience. you must be available weekends including sundays
If You are a student who leaves Cardiff for the summer months then these positions are not for you, you must be available between June and August.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
