Responsibilities

You’ll work alongside our Events Operations Manager to ensure our events and mobile setups run seamlessly, handling:

  • Mobilisation of units, staff, equipment, and ingredients across Scotland
  • Travel and setup, ensuring the correct unit and equipment are in place
  • Deliveries, transporting stock and equipment to our Edinburgh locations
  • Logistical coordination, ensuring our street food units are prepped and operational
