About the role: You will be responsible for the communication and engagement with local authorities and our construction partners to continue developing and building robust working relationships. Working with our growing wider team, you’ll have the chance to identify and develop innovative solutions to existing processes to improve our ways of working as well as the opportunity to build, manage, and lead a full team of Streetworks Coordinators and Administrators, ensuring efficient handling of all permitting, noticing and compliance activities.
This is a permanent, staff position open to applicants based in or around the Hamilton (Glasgow) area, although we are also happy to consider applications in the Loughborough area. Both locations offer a flexible hybrid working pattern.

About you: This is a key customer-facing role, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must! You already have extensive experience of onsite roadworks activities, engaging with local authorities, and you are always looking for ways to nurture and improve stakeholder relationships, going above and beyond for clients. In combination with your working knowledge of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) and onsite best practices for roadworks activities, we believe the following skills and attributes will set you up for success:
