Join Curtin Stadium as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and work directly with high school, university, and community athletes to enhance their performance through safe, effective, and progressive training programs. This is a valuable opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience, build coaching skills, and grow within a supportive and professional sports performance environment.

  • Design and deliver structured strength and conditioning programs tailored to individual and team needs, incorporating a range of appropriate training modes and recovery strategies.
  • Conduct athlete screenings, fitness assessments, and monitor progress using appropriate testing protocols and athlete monitoring systems.
  • Provide guidance on exercise technique, injury prevention, ensuring alignment with national health and sports guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sports coaches, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to align training programs with athlete performance goals and rehabilitation needs.
  • Maintain accurate training records, athlete progress reports, and compliance documentation to ensure accountability and continuous program improvement
