We are also the official Strength and Conditioning provider to a private school catering to elite athletes, in the Vaughan area.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping athletes achieve their health and sports performance goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification in personal training OR experience with Coaching and/or Group Training
  • Education in Fitness & Heath Promotion at the college level, or Kinesiology and the University level, or equivalent knowledge and experience. (We accept applications from actively enrolled students).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to educate and motivate clients effectively
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and guide clients towards their fitness goals
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients’ current fitness levels according to Speed Training Lab + High Performance Centre® Lab Test Protocols.
  • Learn Speed Training protocols, run small group strength and conditioning sessions at private school facilities.
  • Run soccer-specific on-field fitness sessions at private school facilities.
  • Track and monitor workload and client progress.
  • Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and form.
  • Motivate and support clients to help them stay committed to their fitness routines.
  • Monitor clients’ progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed.
