Job Title: Strength & Conditioning Coach (Full-Time) Location: BFT Greenwich Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, people-focused Strength & Conditioning Coach to join the team at BFT Greenwich. This role is ideal for someone who not only coaches at a high technical level, but genuinely loves building relationships, creating atmosphere, and leading classes that members can’t wait to come back to. You’ll be a key figure in the studio — someone members know by name, trust with their goals, and feel motivated by every time they walk through the door. Coaching is the primary focus, but for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and people skills, there is a clear opportunity to progress into an Assistant Manager role as the studio grows. Key Responsibilities Coaching & Member Experience (Primary Focus) Deliver high-energy, engaging BFT group training sessions Create an inclusive, motivating environment where members feel supported and challenged Coach with strong attention to technique, movement quality, and safety Adapt exercises for all fitness levels, abilities, and injuries Actively build relationships with members and understand their goals Motivate, inspire, and hold members accountable inside and outside sessions Uphold BFT coaching standards, programming, and brand values Studio Support & Growth Support consultations, trials, and new member onboarding when required Contribute to member engagement and retention initiatives Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the studio Support basic admin tasks such as memberships and scheduling Lead by example and contribute positively to team culture What We’re Looking For Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer (essential) Minimum 4 years of in-person coaching experience Strong background in strength & conditioning (preferred) Confident, high-energy coaching style with a passion for teaching group classes Excellent people skills and ability to build genuine relationships Professional, proactive, and reliable approach Ability to coach all fitness levels safely and effectively Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities Availability Early mornings Evenings Weekends Flexible availability is essential.
