Company Description Strength & Conditioning Coach Geraldton, WA | On‑site | 4 days on / 3 days off Newhaul is leading a first‑of‑its‑kind Health & Wellbeing Program for MC drivers—combining fitness, strength, sleep, recovery and health data to build long‑term capability in a demanding industry. No one else in Australian logistics is delivering support at this level. We’re recruiting a hands‑on Strength & Conditioning Coach to deliver simple, practical, job‑specific coaching to our team in Geraldton. You’ll mainly support drivers who are new to training, helping them move confidently, build strength safely and stay fit for work long term. Why Newhaul Join an innovative, people‑first wellbeing program Work in a culture that prioritises health, safety and fatigue management Positively impact energy, recovery, resilience and long‑term health Contribute to a meaningful program shaping the future of the industry Job Description What You’ll Do Run 1:1 and small‑group gym inductions Coach safe, fundamental strength and movement patterns Build simple, individualised programs tailored to job demands Provide real‑time coaching support on the gym floor Assist with injury prevention and return‑to‑work programs Use fitness, strength and recovery data to guide programming Who You Are Enjoy coaching beginners and everyday workers Comfortable spending most of the day coaching in the gym Practical, patient and able to keep training simple Ideally familiar with mining, logistics, FIFO or shift‑based environments Purpose‑driven and keen to improve people’s long‑term health Qualifications What You’ll Bring Degree in Exercise/Sports Science or Exercise Physiology ASCA Level 1–2 (or equivalent) Strong coaching fundamentals and ability to tailor programs Supportive, calm communication and a genuine care for wellbeing *Early‑career Sports Science, Exercise Physiology and S&C graduates are encouraged to apply.
