Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Stress MRB Engineer to join our aerospace engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing structural stress analysis to support Manufacturing Review Board (MRB) activities, ensuring the structural integrity of aircraft components.

  • Perform stress analysis of composite and metallic aircraft structures using Patran/Nastran and other FEA tools.
  • Support MRB (Manufacturing Review Board) activities, providing engineering solutions for non-conformances and repairs.
  • Conduct static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis to validate repair solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Review design changes, assess structural impact, and provide recommendations to optimize aircraft components.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, justifications, and stress substantiations for repair approvals.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and certification teams to ensure safe and efficient repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations (FAA, or other relevant authorities).
