Description
Analyze stress loss results and work with stakeholders to understand key loss drivers and variances over time Develop automation tools and methods to enhance governance and increase efficiencies of stress testing processes (using VBA, Power BI, SQL, etc.) Produce documentation and presentations to effectively communicate key information to senior management and regulators Collaborate with IT and other functions such as Market and Credit Risk departments, Middle Office and Country Risk Offices in New York, Budapest, and Mumbai Work with risk managers and model owners on stress testing methodologies Enhance processes to support governance and controls, including attestation, challenge, and senior management review Coordinate ongoing enhancements to the Stress Loss results reporting process, including improvements to underlying technology and dashboards Bachelor's degree required Attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects and workload Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with professional ownership of issues Self-motivated for high performance while promoting collaboration across teams Intuitive problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of SQL and analytics tools Knowledge of financial markets and products is a plus Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
