Flexologist – Assisted Stretch Practitioner

Job Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours per week, including 1 weekend day)
Compensation: $22 per 25-minute stretch | $26 per 50-minute stretch

Required Certifications / Backgrounds

Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications or professional backgrounds:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM or similar)
• Group Fitness Instructor Certification
• Yoga Instructor (200hr+)
• Pilates Instructor Certification
• Dance Instructor
• Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or comparable rehabilitation background

What You’ll Do

As a Flexologist, you’ll deliver customized assisted stretching sessions using our proven methods and protocols. Your role includes:

• Leading 25- and 50-minute one-on-one stretch sessions tailored to client needs
• Educating clients on the benefits of mobility, recovery, and proper movement
• Creating a safe, positive, and motivating studio experience
• Building long-term relationships to support client wellness goals
• Maintaining accurate client progress notes and feedback
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional training
