FLEXOLOGIST / STRETCH THERAPIST

Our expert team comes from diverse fitness and wellness backgrounds—personal training, physical therapy, massage, yoga, Pilates, chiropractic, and more—and we provide world-class proprietary training to every Flexologist who joins us.

• Provide 25- or 50-minute customized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.
• Build rapport with clients, understand their goals, and track their progress.
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout each session.
• Ensure client safety with proper stretch techniques and studio policies.
• Support membership growth by giving studio tours and explaining benefits.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat, and welcoming environment.
• Keep equipment and the studio clean and organized.
• Participate in ongoing team training and development.
