JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Stretch Therapy Specialist to provide one-on-one stretch therapy services to our members. This role focuses on delivering personalized sessions that address each client’s specific flexibility, mobility, and recovery needs, contributing to their overall health and wellness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification in Stretch Therapy, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, or a related field (e.g., NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coach, StretchLab Certification, etc.).
  • Proven experience in stretch therapy or related wellness practices (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics as they relate to flexibility and mobility.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs and adapt techniques to meet individual requirements.
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience working one-on-one with clients in a gym, fitness center, or wellness environment.
  • Knowledge of additional recovery methods, such as myofascial release or assisted stretching techniques.
  • Ability to educate and inspire clients about long-term wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one stretch therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Assess clients’ range of motion, flexibility, and areas of tension to develop personalized stretching programs.
  • Provide education to clients about the benefits of stretch therapy and techniques to maintain flexibility between sessions.
  • Maintain detailed client records, including assessments, progress, and feedback.
  • Ensure the therapy space is clean, organized, and equipped for a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Collaborate with fitness trainers and other staff to integrate stretch therapy into clients’ overall wellness plans.
  • Stay updated on stretch therapy techniques and industry best practices to provide exceptional service.
  • Promote the stretch therapy program to current and potential members to encourage participation.
