StretchLab is a boutique fitness and wellness studio seeking dynamic personal trainers, physical therapy assistants, massage therapists, chiropractors and students, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors, etc., to join our growing team in a brand new studio. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred background:
• Physical Therapy Assistants or Physical Therapy graduate students
• Fitness Trainer
• Personal or Athletic Trainer Sports or Chiropractic Medicine
• Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Massage Therapist
• Strength and Conditioning Coach
• Corrective Exercise Specialist- Dance Instructor
• Fitness or wellness industry certification required with a base in anatomy.
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with client
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
• Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership base and retain current clientele
• Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Keep detailed notes on member limitations, needs, progress, etc.
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and Sales Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
• Must be available and willing to be certified in our Flexologist Training Program. 60 hours of training that includes online courses, travel for a 2 days for in-person practicum and additional hands-on practice requirement.
