We are looking for a strong sous/head chef to take control of the kitchen, fresh ideas, and able to cope under pressure, we are a family run 35 seater restaurant with additional courtyard seating, we need someone to continue to be able to cook good quality fresh food from scratch . Hours will be on average between 30/40 with prep, this will be monday- Saturday with Thursday Friday sat nights
