JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Structural Assembler, you will report to the Production Supervisor and be responsible for installing and assembling components on an aircraft structure. This role demands proficiency in blueprint reading, hole layout, countersinking, and deburring, along with the fitting and installation of conventional rivets and Hi-Lite fasteners. You will work with pre-fabricated parts to form subassemblies, utilizing various power and hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and other equipment. Ensuring adherence to schedule and production requirements is essential.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, hole layout, countersinking, and deburring.
  • 6+ years of experience in aircraft structural assembly.
  • Mechanical inclination with experience in using pneumatic and power hand tools.
  • Ability to perform drilling, countersinking, torqueing, and installation per blueprint specifications.
