Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural / Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural systems for large-scale projects. Develop and review structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations in Saudi Arabia Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to optimize project designs Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progress Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements and solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred) Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification in Saudi Arabia Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural or civil engineering Proven experience with large-scale construction projects Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, and STAAD.Pro Strong skills in AutoCAD and/or Revit Excellent mathematical and problem-solving abilities In-depth knowledge of building codes and standards, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia Demonstrated project management skills and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
