ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scaffolding Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our engineering / estimation / sales team ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop safe, efficient, and compliant scaffolding designs for construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.
· Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CADS A3D Max) to produce detailed drawings and 3D models.
· Calculate load-bearing capacities, tie-off points, and structural stability based on site conditions and project scope.
· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to understand project requirements.
· Conduct site surveys to assess terrain, access, and environmental factors affecting scaffold design.
· Review and revise design documents based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
· Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
· Ensure all designs adhere to local and international safety standards
· Identify and design out hazards where possible; propose control measures to mitigate risks.
· Support erection and dismantling teams with technical guidance and design clarifications.
· Review scaffold installations to confirm alignment with approved designs.
· Maintain records of design changes, approvals, and site inspections for audit and compliance purposes.
· Stay updated with advancements in scaffolding systems, materials, and safety regulations.
