Job Purpose: Lead - Structural Design (CSD) is responsible for overseeing the design and integrity of city side structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations,codal requirements and industry standards.This role involves leading a team of engineers to develop innovative structural solutions for new construction and renovation projects. The Lead collaborates with architects, MEPF engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure that designs are efficient, cost-effective, and meet operational requirements. It also includes conducting structural analyses and design, preparing detailed design documents, and reviewing project specifications and BOQ.
