POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Structural Drafter to develop technical drawings and plans that guide the production of our precast and erosion-control solutions. You’ll support the engineering and production teams, ensuring all drawings are accurate, compliant, and production-ready.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a drafter, ideally in structural drafting or related fields
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in technical design
• Good communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and within a team
• Bonus: Familiarity with drafting for precast concrete or erosion control systems

• Produce detailed technical drawings and blueprints for precast concrete structural elements and erosion control products.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate design concepts into workable, precise drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, company protocols, and project specifications
• Review and make necessary revisions following feedback from engineering and production teams
• Manage drawing documentation and file organization effectively
