JOB SUMMARY:

COENGR is seeking a detail-oriented Structural Draftsman to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role involves preparing precise structural drawings and documentation in alignment with project requirements, engineering specifications, and applicable codes for a range of engineering and construction projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in structural drafting, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and of Revit Structure.
• Strong understanding of structural detailing, building methods, and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret and produce precise technical drawings from engineering inputs.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Previous work experience in an engineering consultancy.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards and UAE building codes.
