• Conduct structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, masonry, and timber systems using advanced engineering software.
• Develop and assess retrofit strategies and renovation plans for existing buildings.
• Produce and review construction drawings, design calculations, and technical reports in accordance with NYC Building Code, IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, and NDS standards.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural systems.
• Carry out special inspections and Local Law compliance inspections.
• Visit project sites to evaluate existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and resolve field challenges.
• Contribute to project meetings and client presentations.
