Your Impact As a Structural Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and validating the structural systems that support Accelevation’s data center infrastructure solutions. Your work will directly impact the reliability, scalability, and performance of high‑density computing environments by ensuring structural integrity across modular systems, equipment supports, and integrated mechanical and electrical assemblies. You will collaborate closely with product engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to deliver structurally sound, manufacturable, and high‑performance solutions that meet the demands of modern data centers. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Design and analyze structural components used in data center infrastructure products, including equipment frames, modular assemblies, enclosures, and support structures * Perform structural calculations related to load capacity, vibration, seismic requirements, and thermal considerations * Develop, review, and maintain engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation * Collaborate with product design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, scalability, and field deployment * Evaluate materials, fabrication methods, and connection designs to ensure long‑term structural reliability * Support prototype builds, testing, validation efforts, and design refinements * Ensure compliance with applicable structural codes, industry standards, and safety requirements * Provide engineering support during product development, production, and on‑site installation activities * Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives when structural or installation issues arise   Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering * 3–8 years of experience in structural engineering or structural product design * Experience designing structural systems using steel, aluminum, or related structural materials * Proficiency with structural analysis and modeling tools * Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms * Strong understanding of load analysis, structural integrity, and design for manufacturability Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data center infrastructure, modular systems, or equipment support structures * Familiarity with seismic and vibration analysis in equipment or industrial environments * Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain * Experience working in a manufacturing or product engineering environment * Background supporting high‑growth or high‑volume manufacturing operations   Benefits * Competitive salary and performance-based bonus * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Generous paid time off and holidays * Educational assistance program * Collaborative, high-energy workplace Our Core Values * Safety – We proactively protect our people and environment * Inclusion – We respect and appreciate diverse perspectives and backgrounds * Speed – We move fast, act decisively, and stay agile * Innovation – We challenge assumptions and simplify processes * Judgment – We make sound decisions with the business in mind * Accountability – We take ownership and deliver results   Job Application Notice Accelevation LLC does not ask for payment or sensitive personal details, such as bank account or Social Security numbers, during the job application process.
