Job Description We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in designing, analyzing, and overseeing structural systems for a variety of infrastructure projects. You'll work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and project teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both technical requirements and client expectations. Perform structural analysis and design calculations for buildings and transportation structures using industry-standard software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or RAM Structural Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools Conduct site visits to observe construction activities, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to resolve field questions Coordinate design and construction matters between design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Gather and correlate engineering data using established procedures and analyze results for accuracy and compliance Prepare technical reports and construction administration documentation that clearly communicate findings and recommendations Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and local regulations specific to Thailand Manage assigned projects within agreed-upon budgets and schedules with minimal supervision Identify discrepancies in structural designs and propose effective solutions using both standard methods and innovative approaches Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural solutions with architectural and MEP systems Qualifications **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 2 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings and/or transportation structures Proficiency with structural analysis software (ETABS or SAP2000) Competency in Revit and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of building codes and structural design principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments Open to commit to a 2 years fixed term employment contract Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
