Job Description Position Overview Structural Engineer will play a key role in supporting engineering design and analysis efforts under the guidance of experienced engineers. This position requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Develops and sharpens analytic and design skills to contribute effectively to engineering projects. Conducts engineering design tasks under the supervision of an experienced engineer, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards. Prepare structural design and detailing of various types of structure and their component in coherence with standard codes and prevalent industrial practice. Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under supervision. Collects, organizes, and analyzes data to support engineering decisions and project development. Uses computer software tools to solve basic engineering problems and enhance project efficiency. Performs work in alignment with agreed-upon budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery under supervision. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering or a related discipline. Exposure to engineering design and analysis is preferred. Additional Information Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., STAAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools). Thorough knowledge and proven application of Indian and international codes and standards. Strong understanding of engineering principles and structural analysis.
