Job Description The Structural Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating safe and efficient structures. Develop structural designs for buildings, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements. Perform structural analysis using advanced software tools to ensure safety and stability. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documents. Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and constructability. Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests. Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered. Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision. Provide technical guidance during project meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). • 3–8 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in building engineering projects. Additional Information Technical Skills Needed: Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit). Soft Skills Needed: • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
