Responsibilities: • Participate in the structural design of various industrial projects. • Ensure that assigned projects are executed in accordance with our quality system. • Promote an integrated design process by considering the interaction across different disciplines. • Respond effectively to client needs and requests. • Stay updated with standards, guidelines, new techniques, and developments in your discipline, and share these with your team and colleagues. • Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (such as architects, piping, mechanical, and other design disciplines), and clients. Qualifications Requirements: • You are a qualified Structural Engineer holding a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum. • You have at least 7 years of relevant technical experience in structural engineering, specifically designing various types of steel structures. • Experience with projects outside Romania is an advantage. • You have coordinated projects in industrial environments. • You have been involved in all aspects and phases of your projects. • You have expertise in using STAAD Pro, SAP 2000 (or similar software). • You possess good communication skills. • You have a high proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
