The Structural Engineer is responsible for providing structural engineering support to the design and estimating teams. This position reports to the Manager, Structural Design & Engineering

• Provides Structural Engineering support and advice to the design and estimating groups
• Structural design (wood, concrete, steel)
• Geotechnical interpretation and foundation design, Site grading and drainage
• Work and collaborate with multiple disciplines including Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical
• Structural review of production and vendor drawings where required
• Ensures that proper engineering and QMS procedures and principles are maintained and followed
• Structural inspections during plant production and on site as required
• Reviewing and interpreting of Building codes
• Provide construction support to the manufacturing plants and site trades
• Other duties as assigned
