With over 35 employees and four offices across the UK, this firm delivers a range of services including structural inspections, defect diagnosis, building pathology, insurance claim reporting, and remedial specification. Theis company have the option of Part Time work as well.
Working predominantly in the residential sector with additional exposure to commercial and historic buildings, their projects span structural defect reports, subsidence investigations, insurance claim assessments, and more. The company embraces cutting-edge technology-particularly digital surveying and live on-site reporting tools-to drive efficiency and precision in every project. They are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer who thrives in a modern, agile working environment and is excited about the future of surveying technology.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Several years’ experience in building defect diagnosis and structural inspection (essential)
• MIStructE or MICE preferred (not essential)
• Experience with historic buildings and insurance claim reporting would be advantageous
• Confident in working independently and managing own workload
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Based in the Northwest with willingness to travel for inspections
