Focused on bridges, this role offers the chance to be hands-on from initial design through final construction, providing real impact on the built environment while developing your expertise alongside a highly respected team. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering smart, practical solutions for our transportation clients across Iowa—including municipal, county, and state agencies. You’ll take a hands-on approach to the full lifecycle of bridge structure projects, from early concept and analysis through detailed design and construction. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with clients, civil engineers, and other project partners—translating technical expertise into real-world results that strengthen communities and infrastructure. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design Actively pursuing PE licensure 4+ years of experience designing bridge structures within the U.S. Proven track record of successful project execution and technical growth Demonstrated progression in responsibility, complexity of assignments, and skill development Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams—including clients, design staff, engineers, and public stakeholders Natural problem solver with a reliable, team-oriented approach Committed to delivering projects on scope, on time, and within budget EOE / E-Verify
