WHAT IS THE ROLE?
As a Structural Engineer in LEA’s Buildings team, you will lead the design and delivery of structural systems for a wide range of projects, including institutional, commercial, residential, and transit facilities. You will take projects from concept to construction, applying advanced technical expertise in materials such as steel, concrete, masonry, and mass timber.
In this role, you will manage the preparation of contract documents, oversee construction reviews, and coordinate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, compliance, and design intent. You will also support project planning efforts, contribute to estimates and schedules, and lead or participate in field inspections.
This position is ideal for a licensed engineer who thrives in an employee-owned environment, enjoys solving complex structural challenges, and is ready to take ownership of impactful projects.
