Structural Engineer – Mass Timber & Panelized Construction Entrepreneurial Leadership Role in a Growing Design-Build Firm We are a fast-growing construction management and design-build company pushing the boundaries of mass timber, panelized construction, and high-performance building envelopes. Our projects range from luxury custom residences and low-rise multi-family developments to commercial fit-ups and full architectural permit design packages. We’re looking for a Licensed Structural Engineer (P.Eng.) with strong Revit expertise who is excited about wearing many hats and stepping into a key leadership role as we expand. What You’ll Do Take the lead on structural design across mass timber, panelized, and conventional systems. Work heavily in Revit, producing not only structural models but also supporting architectural modeling and BIM coordination. Provide in-house structural consulting while collaborating with architectural and project management teams. Assist with estimating, material take-offs, and value-engineering to deliver efficient, buildable solutions. Play a central role in achieving our Certificate of Authorization, expanding the firm’s licensed service offerings. Directly influence company strategy, process, and growth while developing the in-house structural division. What We’re Looking For Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario (mandatory). Strong experience in Revit – not just structural modeling, but also willingness and ability to support architectural BIM design and coordination. Background in structural engineering with a focus on wood, mass timber, or panelized construction. Knowledge of building codes, structural analysis, and detailing practices.
