Consider this opportunity: Structural Engineer - Cold-Formed - Primary Responsibilities: Organize and manage structural design efforts for multiple simultaneous projects Design and layout structural engineering drawings for assigned projects/work assignments including the preparation of plans, schedules and details Design structural systems of primarily cold-formed steel framing and structural steel for a variety of healthcare, commercial, retail, multi-family residential, industrial and institutional buildings nationwide Prepare Structural calculations and design drawings for submittal Other duties as assigned Structural Engineer - Cold-Formed - Benefits: raSmith has a strong history of maintaining a people-oriented culture that provides a great work-life balance and a highly competitive compensation and benefit package. Thorough knowledge of structural engineering principles Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products; and working knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and AutoCAD programs Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs Attentive to detail and accuracy Effectively prepares written correspondence in a professional manner and communicates with team members Applicable U.S. based job experience.
