Key Responsibilities• Prepare and review structural shop drawings, construction drawings, and technical details• Prepare and review structural calculations and technical documentation• Handle structural RFIs and coordinate design clarifications• Coordinate structural works with Architectural, MEP, and other disciplines• Review and coordinate subcontractors' structural shop drawings and technical submissions• Identify design discrepancies, constructability issues, and technical conflicts• Participate in technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards• Supervise and coordinate draftsmen and technical personnel where required
